The Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA), a statutory body under the Ministry of Higher Education, was established by the ZAQA Act No. 13 of 2011 to develop and implement a national qualifications framework; provide for the registration and accreditation of qualifications, and ensure that standards and registered qualifications are internationally comparable.

ZAQA is currently seeking the services of a suitably qualified person to fill the position of:

1)         HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST (01) 

Overall Responsibilities

To facilitate the implementation of human resource policies and strategies and ensure that the human resource as well as the administrative support functions of the Authority work efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience: 

1. School Certificate;
2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related qualification;

• A member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management;

1. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resource Management at middle management level;
